Ten things that inspire me…

1.       My family—I’m very blessed to have a husband and family who truly support me unconditionally. That is the greatest inspiration any writer could ever ask for.

2.       My three boys—They continue to amaze me every day with their free-spirited imaginations and pure hearts. 

3.       My readers—There is nothing sweeter than hearing that someone loved one of my novels. Each time, it makes me want to stop what I’m doing and go back to my writing cave.

4.       Love—Every girl dreams of falling in love and having her perfect happily ever after. I love to give that to my characters, and I hope to share their stories with others.

5.       Reading—There is nothing better than losing yourself in a story.  I fight the battle very often. Do I read or write? I’m very passionate about both.

6.       Authors—I have so many favorite books. I could never choose just ten. So many authors have made me cry, melt into a puddle, and laugh out loud, causing my husband to look at me as if I’ve lost my mind. Then, I’m usually left with a major book hangover. After reading an unthinkable amount of books in 2012, I give many thanks to all the authors who inspired me to write love stories of my own.

7.       Emotions—We all have them, and we try to control them, tame them, or let them flow. I have taken a leap of faith in the writing world as I poured my emotions into The Beautiful Series. I took a chance on myself when I wrote Beautiful Chances, My Beautiful, Beautiful Dreams, and now, Beautiful Ties.

8.       People—At heart, I am an observer. I love to watch people interact, smile, and laugh while they embrace a moment. Life is too short not to take a chance on your dreams.

9.       Music—I have always loved music. Since I started writing, my love for it has intensified. Now, I find certain songs unleashing scenes in my mind, forcing me to run and search for the closest thing—paper, napkin, or anything within my reach to write my ideas down on.

10.   Day-to-day living—You never know what is going to happen the next day or even the next moment in your life. I’ve learned to be thankful for each moment, every person, and every experience that I have.

1.       Kauai’ – My husband and I went there for our honeymoon years ago. I’ve been dreaming of going back ever since.

2.       Family – We are all spread out and don’t get to see each other nearly enough.

3.       Ireland – I’ve dreamed of going there since I was a kid.

4.       Paris – I think just about every girl dreams of going there.

5.       Yosemite – I’ve heard it’s absolutely beautiful.

6.       Washington, D.C. – Someday, I’d like to take our three boys on a family trip there.

7.       Any beach off an ocean – I love the ocean. Nearly living in the middle of the United States, I’m far – far away from one!

Writer’s Corner

   The first week I began writing Beautiful Chances, I started out with my pen and notebook, writing whenever I could spare a few moments – in the living room, my bedroom, and on my porch. Those beginning moments turned into countless hours. After a couple of weeks, I decided to type it out in a Word Document which came out to be over 25k words.

   I was completely stunned.

   I suddenly found myself eagerly awaiting the next time I could submerge myself into Kyle and Lily’s world.  Since then, I have grown quite fond of an old reclining chair we have in the upper level of our home. When I find myself needing a change of scenery, I drive out to an open country road, park on the side, and let my fingers pound away at the keys while hoping the occasional passing car doesn’t think I’m crazy.

Tammies Review:
Another great Beautiful story. Gail Bennett a sports physical therapist has had her share of heartaches. She helps her parents financially with her sisters education and medical expenses. Both her parents work but really cant afford the best for Caroline, who has Autism.
Gail loves her job and her boss, but her boss has been forced to cut back some of Gails hours at work and this is going to hurt her financially. How can she afford to keep helping her parents and pay her own bills. Gail has lunch with Abbey and she suggests taking on a roommate to help out with her rent. And Abbey has the just the right person. Damon Johnson.
Damon is Jason's brother and Lily's cousin who has moved to town to join business with Kyle and Jason. Damon is looking for a place to live. And this would be perfect for Gail. But will it? "But Damon and I don't even know each other. Wouldn't that be totally awkward?"So Abbey talks to Damon and explains Gails situation and hes ready to to test it out.
Gail and Damon have dinner and both feel the connection between each other. But Gail has her heart guarded. She knows the how fast Abbey fell in love with Jason but can this be true for her? Damon bends over backwards to help Gail with anything and everything. Even when it comes to her sister Caroline.
Is Gail ready to do away with the walls she has put around her heart? Can Damon convince her that falling in love so fast is probable?
I gave this 5 stars for the story goes on from Kyle and Lily and love seems to spread to everyone that is close to them. I loved Gail and Damons story. Its really touches your heart.

You must read Trailer Park Princess to understand this story and its character Amandolette Riaz. You need to Know who Rory is and Toby, Rome, Clay and of course Mando.This is Mando's story and its not as pretty as you would think it is.
From what we learned in TPP, Mando is a rich spoiled brat that gets whatever she wants. Its nothing she needs, its what she wants. Her parents own a small restaurant in town. What you don't know is why she gets whatever she wants and her father sees she has all her wants but at what cost? But Mando doesn't want the things her father can give her or does she?
Mando loves to party and DRINK and loves to dress in the classiest way possible. Shes beautiful and has it all. More Sparkles and glitz the happier Mando is. Mando is a "High Class Harlot, motherfucker." She has the mouth of a sailor and don't care who hears what she has to say. She has a very wild and vivid vocabulary. Her vocabulary alone will make you love her. Its one of a kind and only Mando can speak it. She doesn't settle in relationships well at all. She is from the upper class on the other side of the tracks. She lives in a very high class home full of demons. This is why she decides college life will be her getaway where the rest of her friends remain behind and create their own new life. Rory is her best friend and is one that starts a new life and gets the HEA she always wanted but never dreamed she would have. Mando doesn't feel worthy of this lifestyle Rory has.
After Mando comes back from college Rory has moved to Atlanta and runs a chain restaurant from Mandos parents. And Clay and Rome has their own shop. But Mando doesn't go where her love is she goes back home until her demons start to haunt her. She loves Clay but isn't ready to commit to him. She goes and lives with her grandmother in the trailer park. She was always happier at grans than at home. Gran doesn't judge her or push her into someone she isn't.
Mando has some issues to work out. She pushes everyone she loves away and bury's herself at the bottom of a bottle. She needs help and is afraid to ask for it. She's depressed and things at home with her parents aren't the best. She discovers her fathers main source of income and isn't quite happy about it and who he uses to gain his fortune. And she's afraid her friends wont want anything to do with her after they find out who her father is. Her mother stays with him out of fear.
After reading TPP you would have never thought this about Mando.Will Mando get the help she needs? Will she find her own HEA with Clay?Who is going to help her find her way back to the Mando they all love and care for?
I gave 5 stars for this is true realty in the world. And for the crazy antics of Mando. You cant help but love her. Her filthy mouth and all.If you cant handle the language Mandomainia then you don't want to read this coz its pretty wild. I loved the story and laughed at all Mandos crazy language and the things she does and is as crazy as the author of this story.
Delia has created a true to life story of a girl that's lost and needs help to find her way back to her friends and mostly to herself. I laughed at all the crazy words that she has created for Mando. Mando is truly one of a kind girl! This book kept me captivated all the way thru and couldn't put it down.

And then another, and then another, until I had this whole group of people reviewing like crazy and wanting original work from me. I’d spent years writing for free online, I didn’t believe I had it in me to publish something!

But I’m glad I did!! I never imagined pushing my work and striving to reach my ultimate. I never imagined I’d be the girl who started The Viper Rooms! But who am I to deny the inspiration when it hits?
 
I love writing, it’s a lifeline. I love creating a world that others fall into. I love having the control to make a whole new world. It’s like a dependency, an addictive one. It’s one of the things I’m extremely proud of.
 
As much as I complain, I love the mini dialogues that go on in my head, the plotlines that attack me when I least expect them to. The ones that jump to life at the most inappropriate times and drive me totally crazy!

For now I split my life between writing, dreaming, working, and volunteering with children.

OMG! What can I say. I have followed the Parker Siblings series since day 1. This has to be the best book of the series. Its sad that its the last one. I cried happy tears after reading and cried sad tears that the series is over. I fell in Love with each and everyone of them.
Brielle and Colby, Addy and Tyler, Cambree and Max, Dustin and Teryn, Mitch and Kayleigh. Each of them have such a very unique story and each with a personality that will rock your boat. This family is true family to the end. And no one best screw with them either coz they all stick together like glue.
This is Dustins story where he goes thru hell to love Teryn. Dustin has grown up and took a step to prevent tragedy to his family and from there he meets Teryn She has a very dark past that she just cant get thru without help from a therapist. She has gone thru rape and physical abuse and sexual abuse. If you cant handle this then stay away from this story! No one should ever have to deal with this sort of life. But Teryn is bound and determined to get thru it one way of the other. Her love for Dustin is what drives her to move past this life.
Dustin cant seem to understand why she has to do what she has done so he has other intentions. He is hell bent on moving on but just cant seem to do that. He tries moving and going to school but one bitch has other plans for him and she will take ahold of him if he isnt careful.
Teryn has one goal and its to get better and become her own person but that takes time and help.
The rest of the family supports her decision but Dustin just cant get past it.
What happens after Teryn seeks help? Does she go back to the family? Does Dustin wait for her Forever?
I give this 5+ stars. This family will capture your heart and wont let go. Leigh Ann has wrote a wonderful series here and it will suck you in just like it did me. The emotions I felt from this book alone will capture your heart. You need to read the whole series from the begining this is not a stand alone at all and it has the best HEA ever.
