EXCERPT

“You’re home,” I whisper, my arms sliding up Cole’s warm body as he leans over and kisses me awake.

“I fuckin’ needed you, baby,” he murmurs, as his mouth moves along my jaw and down my neck. He pulls me forward so I’m sitting and pulls my nightgown over my head, rubbing his hands over my full breasts. “You’re the only light in my life right now baby. The only light,” he whispers, as he slides my underwear down and positions himself between my legs.“Oh god, you’re fuckin’ drippin’ for me.”

He pushes himself inside me, stretching my walls with his size.

Gasping as he fills me, I roll my head back, eyes closed as I feel him slide in and out. “I’ve missed you,” I whisper, just as he slams himself inside me forcefully, almost painfully.

My eyes fly open.

“Have you missed this?”

Suddenly, everything has changed. It’s not Cole anymore, it’s Cutter and he’s holding a blade to my throat.

I gasp in fear, my heart leaping in my chest as tears spring from my eyes.

“I should have killed you when I had the chance,” he spits out, leaning so close that I can smell his foul breath as it flows out, hot, over my face.

With a swift motion, he drags the blade across my throat, slicing open my flesh. Shrieking, I grab at my neck, trying to stem the flow of blood…

My eyes fly open as I wake in a panic, still clawing at my neck and shrieking.

“Maddie! Maddie!” my mother calls out, as she wrestles with me so I don’t hurt myself or her with my thrashing.

Opening my eyes, reality takes a moment seep in.

“You were having another nightmare,” she says quietly, smoothing down the hair on my head. “I could hear you from my room.”

Sitting up, I accept the glass of water she offers me and gently slide my hand over my throat – just to be sure everything is ok.

“They feel so real when I have them,” I whisper. “I just wish he’d come home.”

My mother takes me in her arms. “I know sweetheart. I know.”

When I’ve calmed down, my mother leaves me so I can get some more sleep, but I don’t see myself being able to do that. Not after that.

Sighing, I roll over in bed and slide my hand over the empty side where Cole should be. Ever since he took over as MC President, he is gone for increasingly longer periods. Whenever he leaves, he insists that I stay at the compound instead of at home.

I miss him. I understand he has a job to do, and I want him to find Cutter and kill him but I’m due soon. This baby isn’t going to wait until her daddy finds his man and comes home.

 



After Kylie narrowly escaped her abusive boyfriend, she moved to Florida to seek comfort in the arms of her first love, the sexy racecar driver Cameron. I can hear Cameron and Courtney’s voices over the machines as they talk, but as hard as I try I still cannot open my eyes. I feel like I am in the twilight zone, my limbs are still too heavy to move but my mind is aware of what people are saying. ~~Kylie

I put my phone in my purse just as we’re pulling into the parking garage. Thoughts of the hot sex we had in this very parking garage go through my head and I don’t know if I’m going to make it upstairs. I want this man now. Unfortunately, I don’t think Cameron will be able to make the elevator ride fun because as soon as we get on so does half the building. It seems like everyone picked the same moment as us to get on. We’re smashed against the back of the elevator. I’m standing in front of him and he’s torturing me by running his fingers up the back of my thigh to the edge of my shorts. I try to still his hand, but he shoves my arm away. He has his other arm wrapped around my stomach and he looks like he’s just holding me close to him making room for everyone else. He runs his fingers up again to the back edge of my shorts and I feel his finger pull my shorts and underwear aside. Oh my god Cameron! Seriously with all these people! He whispers, “Spread those legs for me a little, babe.”

My body reacts to his commands before my brain can formulate what he intends to do in an elevator full of people. I can only pray these people get off soon. The elevator stops and a couple of people get off. During the shuffle of bodies, he inserts one finger, and my body bucks a bit. Thankfully, the elevator stops again on the twenty-third floor and the little old woman exits with a little wave. TAMMIES REVIEW OF IN THE STARS

 

I was given an arc for a honest review on In The Stars. My honest opinion is you have to read this book. I loved it. It flowed right along perfectly. You will love "In the Stars" by Joan Duszynski!!And you'll love the charaters Caroline,Raleigh,Tara,Eric,Kyle and Adam.

Caroline is in college and after a bad car accident with her bestie,Raleigh, she has to share a dorm room with Piper, the campus whore. Raleigh cant return this year to college because she has to have therapy to gain mobility back. One early morning Caroline is woken up by someone knocking on her door. Its the girlfriend of the Pipers latest conquest, Tara. Caroline and Tara go for coffee and talk since Tara is so hell bent on beating the crap out of the girl who hooked up with her long time boyfriend, Andrew. Caroline and Tara are having their coffee and Taras brother comes to check on her since she was so upset. Well in walks Eric Wright!! He is " the greek god of sexual desire, Himeros." "He should be wearing a neon sign that reads out: Sex Allure Walking." Eric is cocky as hell and knows how to push Carolines buttons. He is one hot cop that has beautiful emerald green eyes, blonde hair cut in a military style, strong jaw line and has Caroline's panties wet as hell. And it seems to run in the family because there is another brother of Taras, Nick and he is just as hot as Eric. The Wright brothers are hot!

Raleigh has her first therapy session and asks Caroline to go with her. Well her hot therapist has his eyes set on Caroline. After they have their first session with Kyle, the hot therapist, asks Caroline on a date. Caroline lives an hour away from Raleigh so she comes and stays with Raleigh overnite and decides to go to lunch with Kyle the next day. From there their relationship blooms. Kyle is everything a woman wants in a man. Loving and caring and wanting to take care of them. Kyle is sweet and a hot sexy therapist that is in a band. Caroline relates music to alot of her ways of thinking. So she thinks him being a singer is going to make her want him even more. Does she want him more?

She just can shake the feeling she had from her meeting with Eric! He keeps her in dreamland about him. Caroline is so uncertain of these feelings she has for both men. Which one will get her heart? You have to read this to find out. Caroline is pulled in both directions and is having a very difficult time trying to figure out why.

I gave this 5 stars because I found the story so captivating and couldnt put it down. It has romance and some hot sexual tension going on throughout the book. You'll love it like I did. Is Kyle In the Stars for her or is the hot Eric In the Stars for her. She asks these questions to her father who worked for NASA and has died and is up In The Stars. There is alot of emotions in this book that just keep you interested in it.

Tammies Review of Harpers Little Spitfire I was given this Arc for a review. Its a really good story of a young girl. A Little Spitfire. The Harper boys little spitfire. Sage is one spitfire for sure. If you like a little romance with the sex this is your book. It really is full of eroticism and romance. The Harper boys are 4 hot men and from the way Angel Steel describes them in the book your gonna think so too. Who wouldnt love to have 4 men that love you from the day they laid eyes on you but have enough respect not to touch you til your old enough to be touched. Sage's parents split up when she was young. Sage stayed with her father and Skilyr stayed with their mom. Sages's mother took Skilyr and left town. She has only gotten to see her sister at christmas and on birthdays. Sage grew up across town from the Harper boys. They were the sexiest guys she had ever met. Logan, Mac, Zeb, and Caleb. Sage has had boyfriends but never found the right one that she wanted to give up her virginity too. There were only 4 men that she would love to give it too. And each one of them does not know she is a virgin. When she was around all 4 of them she never could find the right words. They teased her every chance they got. She never thought any of them would go for her she was like a sister to them. Sage is 25 and on her way out to party with her sister and friends but the Harpers are dead set on her not being with any other man. Each one of them has their eyes on her and they're all hell bent on having her. One wants her for hes own reasons and just cant seem to get his feelings for her in order. He is the one that she wants more than ever but he just wont let her in hes afraid she wont except the type of person he is. He could be the one to ruin it for all of them. The other 3 will share her with each other but is she willing to except this situation. I give this 4.5 stars. Its hot erotic and has LOTS of nice sex in it. Be prepared after reading this to change your panties coz it kept me hot all the way thru it. I love the story and didnt want to put it down because there are so many good scenes in this book. ITS HOT AS HELL!! This is one you need to take cold showers from reading every other chapter.
